...you've had high school students return to say thanks. They hardly ever say it when they're in junior high, but they will eventually.


...you used to play Chubby Bunny. Did a student really choke to death playing this game? I'm not sure, but I'm done playing. Additionally, I've sold all my marshmallow stock due to plummeting sales.



...you've given away a WWJD bracelet as a prize. It was probably a few years ago, and you've likely tried to block it from your memory. Remember...the road to recovery begins with recognition.

...you've considered creating your own blog.(Oh wait, I am posting this on my blog)



...you've spent hard-earned vacation time in a cabin full of 7th-graders. You didn't sleep much and went back to work in worse shape than when you left, but lives were changed and you'd do it again next week if you were asked.



...you've thought about quitting-today! I'm not sure if a day goes by that I don't think about transitioning to an easier ministry area. I'm not sure if a day goes by that God doesn't remind me of the importance of my calling.

EVENTS!!!

Hey Guys!!! Check it out!! We now have a spot on our page that announces our next event!! As you will notice, our next event is our Snow Day!! 3/20/10 from 10am to 4pm. Hope to see you all there!!

Oh we are also going to start doing some after service gatherings. We will be opening the SPLATT room up for games and some quality hang out time. Let me know if you can make it and what you would like to see happen during those get-togethers.

Answered Prayer!!

So tentatively, my prayers have been answered and I thank everyone else who has been praying for me! As many of you know, I was recently put on a shift that made me unable to attend Sunday Morning SPLATT services. Well today at work, one of my co-workers asked me if I would be able to switch shifts with them permanately. What this would mean is, I would be working Every Wed, Thurs, & Fri & Every other Tuesday from 8am to 8pm. Unfortunatley I would be missing Wednesday nights, BUT I will be there on Sundays both for AM and PM services!!! Praise the Lord!! Thanks for all of the prayers!!

Oh the reason i stated tentatively is because all of this still have to be approved by the director. But lets face it, not only have i discussed this with her in the past, but God is in control of this and if he can arrange it so someone would need to switch, convincing someone to say yes will be a simple task for the all mighty!!
